Dr. Nikhil Malewar is internationally trained spine surgeon with renowned centers around the world in UK, Canada, Germany and USA. Dr. Nikhil uses a holistic approach and advice a tailor made treatment for every patient with spine related disorder. Dr. Nikhil is also academically oriented with various international publications in peer reviewed journals, textbooks and presentations in various conferences.
Dr. Nikhil received his training in complex spine surgery, adult reconstructive spine surgery, paediatric spinal deformity under guidance of Prof. Henry Halm at Schon Clinic, Neustadt in Germany, Prof. Frank Schwab at Hospital for Special Surgery, Newyork, Dr, Lawrence Lenke at Newyork Presbyterian Och Spine Hospital and Dr. Sashin Ahuja at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, UK
Dr. Nikhil received is MBBS degree from the prestigious B.J.Medical College, Pune. After which he did his MS Orthopaedics from reputed Sancheti Hospital. During his residency and afterwards he underwent extensive training in spine surgery in India. Dr. Nikhil has received advanced training in spine surgery at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom, Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto, Canada, Schon Clinic, Neustadt, Germany, St. Anna Hospital, Herne, Germany, Newyork Presbyterian Och Spine Hospital and Hospital for Special Surgery, Newyork.
